President
Crystal Myers
Crystal Myers proudly serves as the Board President of the Orangefield ISD Education Foundation, after previously holding the role of Treasurer from 2023 to 2026. A dedicated advocate for education and community, Crystal is passionate about supporting the foundation's mission to enhance opportunities for both students and teachers across the district.
An Orangefield ISD Alumni, Crystal has deep roots in the community she serves. She is the proud mother of a 2024 graduate and a son in the Class of 2027 and she also has several nieces and nephews attending school within the district. Her personal connection to Orangefield fuels her commitment to making a meaningful impact.
Professionally, Crystal brings a diverse background with 16 years of experience as a paralegal, followed by nearly a decade in real estate. She leads a successful real estate team, where her strong work ethic, attention to detail and passion for serving others have been key to her success.
Crystal is honored to give back to the community that has given so much to her and her family. As Board President, she is committed to continuing the foundation's vision by supporting innovative classroom initiatives and ensuring that Orangefield ISD students and educators have the resources they need to thrive at the highest level.
Member at Large
Kent Hutchison
Kent Hutchison is a proud second-generation Bobcat and graduate of Orangefield Independent School District, where he attended from kindergarten through graduation as a member of the Class of 1986. His deep roots in the Orangefield community have shaped both his personal values and his ongoing commitment to education and service.
With more than 30 years of experience in training, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness, Kent currently serves as a Training and Competency Specialist at Cameron LNG. His work focuses on developing leaders, strengthening workforce readiness, and building high-performing teams in safety-critical environments.
Kent remains actively involved in community and professional organizations, including Rotary International, where he has served in multiple leadership roles at both the club and district levels.

As a Member-at-Large of the Orangefield ISD Education Foundation, Kent is honored to support initiatives that enrich students' educational opportunities and empower teachers. He is especially passionate about giving back to the district that helped shape his life and ensuring that future generations of Orangefield students have every opportunity to succeed.
Vice President
Daniel McLemore
Daniel McLemore is the Director of Marketing, Communications and Community Relations at Lamar State College Orange, where he leads institutional branding, strategic communications, and digital engagement initiatives that support one of the fastest-growing two-year colleges in Texas. As part of the Texas State University System, Daniel works within the executive leadership team to translate vision into clear, compelling communication for internal teams, external partners, and the broader community.
With more than a decade of experience at the intersection of leadership, communication, and organizational change, Daniel has overseen messaging during periods of rapid growth, major capital expansion, and executive leadership transitions. His work focuses on helping organizations build trust, maintain clarity, and stay human, especially during moments of disruption. He also teaches business courses at LSCO in marketing, customer service, and supervision.
Daniel holds a bachelor's in communication, a master's in business administration, and a doctorate in educational leadership from Lamar University.
Treasurer
Zachary Patronis
Zachary Patronis is a proud Orangefield High School alumnus, born and raised in the Orangefield community. With strong roots in Southeast Texas, he is passionate about building businesses that create meaningful impact and serve others.
Zachary is the Founder of Carja and Patronis X, where he focuses on helping businesses improve their financial operations, leverage data & AI tools, and build systems that support growth. He began his career at Motiva Enterprises, where he led finance and accounting efforts across multiple divisions and developed a reputation for improving processes and driving efficiency through data and technology.
Zachary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Lamar University, where he served as President of the Lamar Finance Association.
He is actively involved at Bridge Point Fellowship Church as a Small Group Leader and Grow Team member. He enjoys playing the drums, video games, cooking, and continuing to explore new ideas.
Secretary
Alexis Patronis
Alexis Patronis is a proud alumna of Orangefield High School, where she graduated in 2019 after being born and raised in the Orangefield community. She now serves as Board Secretary for the Orangefield ISD Education Foundation, where she is committed to supporting educational opportunities and giving back to the district that helped shape her.
Professionally, Alexis is the Executive Director at CASA of Southeast Texas, where she works to strengthen systems and advance the organization's mission of advocating for children in foster care. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Lamar University and a Master of Social Work from University of Houston, with a focus on macro-level social work and systems change.
Alexis is certified in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and is passionate about trauma-informed care and building strong, collaborative community networks. She is actively involved in the Southeast Texas community as Co-Chair of the SETX Strong Families Coalition and a member of the Beaumont Chamber of Commerce's Young Professionals Organization. In 2023, she was recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree.
Outside of her professional and community work, Alexis enjoys baking, playing with her goldendoodle pup named Captain, spending time with her husband, Zach, and continuing her lifelong love of learning.
At Large
Jade Roedahl
Jade is a native and 2015 graduate of Orangefield High School. A proud daughter of lifelong educators, Jade has a profound calling to give back to the district, the students, and the educators who teach them.
She graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management (2019) and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management (2022). Jade began her career with the Arizona Diamondbacks, an MLB team. During Covid, Jade made a career pivot and began her HR journey working for an oil and gas company and a chemical distribution company. She currently works for a public accounting firm.
Jade is married to her husband Devon and they currently reside in Orangefield with their dog Duke.
